Elliott Portman is the Managing Partner of Portman Law Group, P.C. which represents international and domestic clients with regard to liquidation of their accounts receivable, with an emphasis on commercial litigation matters and judgment enforcement.
Elliott has over thirty years of experience, and focuses primarily on creditor’s rights law and credit management. He is Chair of the Creditor’s Rights Law Committee of the Suffolk County (NY) Bar Association and currently serves as Vice President of The Commercial Lawyers Conference of New York, the leading creditor’s rights bar association in New York State.
The prime focus of The Portman Law Group is on helping creditors with credit management and collection of their overdue receivables. In addition, they are counsel to the profession for judgment enforcement and professional accounts receivable matters.
