Danielle Caminiti is an experienced attorney with over two decades in both civil and criminal law. She is skilled in trials, hearings, depositions, all types of court appearances, motion practice, drafting and litigation support. A seasoned legal professional Ms. Caminiti has previous experience as a former prosecutor with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, and as an associate of a prestigious medical NYC malpractice defense firm, as well as a boutique commercial litigation firm in NYC.
Since 2013, Ms. Caminiti has been self-employed as a per diem attorney covering virtual and in-person appearances and depositions regularly for hundreds of well-known law firms and solo practitioners in New York City and throughout New York State. In 2019, Ms. Caminiti formed Have U Covered, LLC which she owns and operates with a principal office in Queens, New York. She, and her team of competent and reliable attorneys, cover cases in all 62 counties in New York State.
A noted author, Danielle created a new brand called “Have U Covered in the Kitchen” and pivoted into the culinary world with a cookbook entitled “From Courtroom to Cucina,” which is available on the website and through Amazon.
