James Tampellini is a seasoned litigation attorney whose practice covers a broad area of commercial litigation including business torts, contracts, fraud cases, real property, trust & estates, and insurance/risk management.
Mr. Tampellini is experienced in conducting trials and arbitrations, presenting oral arguments at trial and appellate court levels. Mr. Tampellini is also a former veteran detective of the New York City Police Department and utilizes his experience in investigating and litigating cases involving fraud and in conducting internal investigations for clients.
