Attorney William J.A. Sparks, Esq. has extensive experience in all phases of discovery, including document preparation, attorney client privilege, witness preparation, and depositions (EBTs).   Working in tandem with the lead attorney, Mr. Sparks familiarizes himself with each case, gathering and understanding relevant facts together with the client, and helping to build strong arguments that will help ensure success in court.  He prepares each witness for their critical role in strengthening their case with the primary goal of ensuring that the witnesses are ready to answer questions with conviction and clarity.  He also helps clients become familiar with the documents requested by opposing counsel, as well as with other documents which might be presented in court. His experience as a certified commercial mediator, and work in ADR have provided him with the ideal skills and experience necessary to resolve disputes between parties in the metro NY area.
